PL has established electronic Data Room facilities to allow for the secure release of electronic information to third parties (such as during an acquisition or sale of business).

Our Data Room facility has assisted PL personnel on a number of engagements allowing us to provide a greater level of service for our clients. We have achieved this by spending less time on administrative tasks, such as distributing documents to third parties, and by focussing more on our clients' needs.

Client Web Access Portal

Our Web Access Portal gives you access to your legal files and knowledge of the work-in-progress whenever you may need it and at a time that is convenient to you. You have entry to a tailored and secure on-line legal data system.

It gives you full control and access to all your legal matters, at no capital cost to you. It gives you complete knowledge of the status of current matters (e.g. hours incurred, individuals working on your matters, etc.) allowing you to accurately and more efficiently manage your business.
